Internal Structure

To support PhD students in the best possible way and to cover the most important topics, is the board structured by workgroups and project groups.

Working Groups and Project Groups are established to support the activities and objectives of the DS by enabling focused collaboration on specific topics, tasks, or projects.

What are Working Groups?

Working groups are task-oriented groups established to support the work of the DS on defined, continuous thematic or functional areas. Working groups are established and dissolved by decision of the DS board.

What are Project Groups?

Project groups are temporary sub-groups established within a working group or the DS board to carry out a specific, time-limited project. Project groups are established and dissolved by decision of the DS board or a working group in agreement with the DS board management team.
